Isolation Transformer

We specialize in Isolation, Ultra Isolation, and K-Rated transformers. Our Isolation Transformers are meticulously designed to fulfill all the functions of an Isolation Transformer. They are widely used by CNC Manufacturers, CNC Machine Shops, UPS Manufacturers, Imported UPS dealers, and more.

An Isolation Transformer is a device used to decouple two circuits: the load from the Isolation Transformer and the input supply. It suppresses electrical noise occurring in transmission lines, blocks the transmission of DC signals between circuits, and allows AC signals to transmit. Additionally, it prevents interference caused by ground looping. Isolation Transformers are constructed with two isolated Faraday shields between the primary and secondary windings, effectively isolating the primary and secondary circuits and their grounds.

Ultra Isolation

Ultra Isolation Transformers are utilized in applications where high attenuation levels are required, such as Communication Systems, Wireless Stations, Sensitive Medical Equipment, etc. These specialized transformers are manufactured by splitting primary and secondary coils, resulting in reduced coupling capacities in the transformer circuit.

Common-Mode Noise:

Common-Mode Noise manifests between both sides of the power line and ground. These high-frequency noises occur between the ground and conductor.

Transverse-Mode Noise:

Transverse-Mode Noise poses a greater challenge in elimination compared to common-mode noise. These high-magnitude noises occur between two conductors due to the switching action of equipment.

K-Rated Transformers

K-Rated transformers are specifically designed to withstand nonlinear harmonics, as determined by the K factor. Single-phase loads like computers generate significant nonlinear harmonics, which standard transformers struggle to handle. When harmonics penetrate the transformer, the core becomes saturated, resulting in excessive heat and potential transformer failure.

Our K-Rated Transformers are meticulously designed to withstand these nonlinear harmonics. The K-rating varies based on harmonic levels, such as K-1, K-4, K-7, K-13, K-20, etc. We adhere to ANSI C57 standard NFPA-70, UL 1449, and UL 1567 guidelines and specifications in designing our K-Rated Transformers. We utilize high-grade CRGO laminations to ensure optimal performance and durability. Our K-Rated Transformers are Class-H rated, capable of continuous operation at 180°C. Additionally, we employ notching-type laminations to prevent core saturation even under high voltage conditions.

Non-liners Load K-rating
THD < 5% K-1
THD < 35% K-4
THD < 50% K-7
THD < 75% K-13
THD < 100% K-20

We also manufacture Aluminum wound Transformers with the same quality to minimize the initial investments Our design will support to maintain the same performance of Copper Transformers in Aluminum Transformers also.
